To pay with exact cash or money order:
- Print and fill out this form
- Place it in an envelope and write your child’s name on the outside as well as what the payment is for
- Deliver the form with payment in the envelope to the front office of CRHS. You can also send it with your child to school during their choir class period if they are attending school in person.
